To ease Amman’s congestion and support Jordan’s growing population and economy, a new city is needed—one built on strong communities, high quality of life, and future-ready infrastructure.
DESIGN CONCEPT:
The city follows a flexible polycentric model, with magnetic nodes shaping a unified smart grid. A high-performance transit corridor links all centers, while the layout works with the natural terrain to form a resilient, sustainable urban ecosystem.
QATAR HORTICULTURE EXPO
DAR, 2020 - CONCEPT DESIGN ONLY
A horticulture expo in Qatar celebrates the “green desert” concept, invites global participation, and later transforms into a FIFA Fan Village and a long-term green family park. The design began with ten key program components, using computational tools to create a grid shaped by nodes, repellers, and attractors.
